GARLIC SPINACH

ONE OF MY INVENTIONS FROM YEARS AGO.
NO FAT AND REALLY KIND OF ELEGANT.

1 PKG. FROZEN WHOLE SPINACH
1 CLOVE OF GARLIC

I USE A SMALL FRYING PAN WITH A TOP.
RUB THE INSIDE OF THE PAN WITH THE
GARLIC CLOVE, ADD THE FROZEN SPINACH,
COVER AND HEAT SLOWLY ON A LOW FLAME.
SERVE. YUM.
